Qualifications
As Treasurer of Brookline Together, I will get right to work bringing the accounts of both organizations together to develop a full picture of the financial status of the new organization.

Goals
I will aim to complete the following goals in the first year:
-
Informal Audit – working with the existing treasurers of BCC and SPDC, I will conduct a full accounting of all funds and provide a report to the board of Brookline together.
-
Financial Processes – As chair of the finance committee, the first task will be to devise and implement a formal set of systems and processes that will govern how Brookline Together shall operate financially.
-
Feasibility Process – One of the more important aspects of the treasurer’s role to me is the ability to assess the feasibility and profitability of the fundraisers and events that the organization holds. I will guide the Finance committee to develop a system that provide committees with a way to review the return on investment of fundraisers and events given them key information to make better informed decisions when planning those events.
