Halloween Decorating Contest Rules

CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS
APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
The Halloween Decorating Contest (the “contest”) is open to residents of Pittsburgh Brookline, PA only.
Participants must follow all federal, state, and local laws and regulations if applicable.
2. Sponsors
The contest is sponsored by Community Bank, located at 714 Brookline Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15226 and Brookline Together, located at P.O Box 9606, Pittsburgh, PA 15226.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the contest constitutes entrant’s full agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules and the
decisions of the Judges, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with
these official rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Contest Period
The Contest begins on October 01, 2023 and ends on October 26, 2023 at 12:00pm EST. (The “contest period”) Entries must be submitted before the end of the Contest Period or they will be disqualified. Submissions will only be accepted for the duration of the Contest using the online registration form.
5. How to Enter
Entries will only be accepted by visiting our website ( www.brooklinetogether.org ) and following the directions
provided to fill out the entry information, and submit.
Please limit one(1) entry per household or business for the duration of the Contest Period. Multiple entries by the same business or household will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be
acknowledged or returned.
6. Judging
Top three (3) choices per category, chosen by the Contest Judges, will be posted on Social Media for the public to vote on. If you are a finalist in your category, you will be notified by email after October 26, 2026.
7. Prizes
There will be four (4) Grand Prize Winners, one (1) for each category, winners will receive a $30 Gift Card to a
Brookline Together Member Business of choice. There will be four (4) second place Winners, one (1) for each
category. Winners will receive a $15 Gift Card to a Brookline Together Member Business of choice.
8. Winners
The top three finalists’ images in each category, will be posted on Brookline Together's Facebook page for the
public to vote. Voting will end on October 26, 2023 and the winner from each category will be announced. The
winner will be emailed at the email provided during registration. Once notified, and the prize gift card is chosen, the gift cards will be mailed by USPS to the winner.
